Job Description

A global IT service company based in Uruguay seeks a ServiceNow HRSD Consultant. The consultant will support the client’s HR Service Delivery (HRSD) implementation and optimization. The client’s HRSD environment is already close to Out-of-the-Box (OOB), and the consultant will focus on refining workflows, enhancing automation, and integrating with third-party HR systems. This role involves working with HR stakeholders to optimize HRSD workflows and improve the Employee Center portal.The consultant will be working on Nuvolo FSM implementation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Optimize HRSD workflows, case management, and lifecycle events.
  • Improve the Employee Center portal for enhanced self-service capabilities.
  • Automate HR processes, approvals, and notifications using ServiceNow.
  • Configure HRSD modules and align them with OOB best practices.
  • Ensure compliance and security of HRSD implementations.
  • Support ServiceNow integrations with HR platforms.
  • Assist with testing, UAT, and deployment of HRSD enhancements.
  • Develop documentation and training materials for HR teams.
  • Collaborate on Nuvolo FSM implementation efforts.
  • Provide insight on Nuvolo best practices.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow HRSD.
  • Strong knowledge of HR Case Management, Lifecycle Events, and Employee Center.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations (APIs, MID Server, third-party HR systems).
  • Understanding of security and compliance in HR service delivery.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and optimize HRSD workflows.
  • Experience working with Nuvolo FSM or similar field service management tools.
  • Understanding of how Nuvolo FSM can enhance HRSD and ITSM processes.
