Job Description

The company is seeking a ServiceNow ITSM Consultant to help transition IT Service Management (ITSM) processes back to an Out-of-the-Box (OOB) configuration. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in ServiceNow ITSM implementation, configuration, and process optimization.

The consultant will work with stakeholders to align ITSM processes with ServiceNow best practices, assist with data migration, UAT, and training. The consultant also provides technical guidance on minimizing customizations while meeting business needs, supporting ServiceNow upgrades, testing, and enhancements post-migration.

The role involves:

  • Assessing current ITSM configurations.
  • Configuring and optimizing ServiceNow modules.
  • Developing documentation and user guides.
  • Working with Nuvolo FSM to support workflows.

Requirements include:

  • 5+ years of ServiceNow ITSM implementation experience.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow configuration, workflows, and scripting.
  • Familiarity with ITIL best practices.
  • Experience migrating customized instances to OOB setups.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience with Nuvolo FSM or similar solutions.
