Job Description
The Financial Times (FT) is seeking a Procurement Operations Analyst to join their team. The role involves facilitating the end-to-end procure to pay process, including setting up new suppliers and processing contracts using the automated Procurement system, Coupa. This position offers an opportunity to proactively identify opportunities, problem-solve, and work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitation of the contracting process.
- Ensuring all signed documentation is returned and correctly uploaded within Coupa.
- Maintaining supplier information and ensuring key information is captured and kept updated.
- Management of POs stuck in Coupa.
- Providing management information and reporting.
- Working alongside key stakeholders to provide guidance on procurement policies.
- Managing business facing updates about the Procurement Ops team.
- Supplier and process query management and resolution.
- Providing ad hoc analytical support to the Procure to Pay team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance and/or Accountancy or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in Procurement or Procure to Pay.
- Experience in operating Source to Pay (S2P) platforms, Coupa preferable.
- Strong knowledge of Procurement operations processes.
- Proficient English in both written and verbal formats.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage workload to timelines and priorities.
- Ability to work in a transformational environment and comfortable adapting to changes.
- Strong administrative skills with experience of adhering and enforcing processes.
- Results-driven and self-motivated.
- Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google.
