Dataiku is seeking an IT Support Technician to join its Information & Technology Team in Paris. The role involves providing top-tier support to employees worldwide, both in-office and remote, within Dataiku's modern, cloud-oriented IT environment. Dataiku's IT Stack includes Google Workspace, Slack, Lucidcharts, Miro, Asana, MacBooks, and Zoom.He/She will report to the IT Support Team Lead for EMEA and collaborate with other IT Teams.
- Assisting employees with IT requests onsite or via Slack and support tickets.
- Providing support for Zoom rooms and AV equipment.
- Contributing to an excellent IT onboarding experience for new hires.
- Organizing the shipment and retrieval of user hardware.
- Maintaining and supporting the global in-house IT infrastructure in Dataiku offices.
- Operating inventory management and ticketing systems.
- Supporting onsite and offsite meetings.
- Participating in documentation and knowledge base creation.
- Experience with 1st and 2nd line support.
- Experience in Support in a modern cloud-first IT Stack.
- Experience in Support for macOS.
- Good communication skills in English (French or another language is a +)
- Good listening skills, and you know how to help people asking for your support.
- Ability to organize work and set priorities.
- Excellent sense of service and a positive mindset.
- 1+ years of experience in a similar position, ideally in an international and fast-growing environment.
- Proactive and can work independently when needed.

- Troubleshooting support level 1
- Basic knowledge in MDM (Management Fleet)
- Experience in Support for macOS (Windows / Linux is a bonus )
