Job Description
The Social Hub is seeking a Service Praktikant:in for its hotel restaurant in Vienna. This role is an integral part of the team, ensuring guests have an unforgettable experience. The ideal candidate will warmly welcome guests, provide excellent service, and recommend the best food and drinks. They should be familiar with the menu and present offerings with charm and conviction, ensuring guests feel welcome and comfortable.
Role Involves:
- Greeting guests in the restaurant, bar, or breakfast area.
- Assisting guests with food and beverage selections.
- Preparing coffee specialties as a Barista.
- Preparing guests' favorite drinks, from classic cocktails to creative creations.
- Maintaining a clean workspace in restaurant, bar, and breakfast areas.
- Answering guest questions about the menu, drinks, or special requests.
Requirements:
- Currently attending a tourism or hotel management school and required to complete an internship.
- Available for three months: June, July, and August 2025.
- Ability to take responsibility and work independently.
- Flexible, pragmatic, and positive attitude.
- Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
- Diligent, responsible, and has a "let's get started!" mentality.
