F&B Supervisor

Job Description

The Student Hotel is seeking a Community Supervisor for their Vienna location. The Community Supervisor will ensure each guest has the best possible TSH-experience. They will work with the Front of House Manager, Hotel Manager, and the community hosts to supervise all aspects of hotel operations. The Community Supervisor will provide excellent service in the restaurant and bars and ensure the hotel runs smoothly.

Role Involves:

• Supervising and working with front of house staff to assist guests.
• Providing excellent service in the restaurant and bars.
• Handling guest or team member questions and complaints.
• Keeping an overview of all things happening at the hotel.
• Sharing TSH-wisdom and assisting team members.
• Connecting with the guest community and catering to their needs.

Requirements:

• Flexible, hands-on, motivated, and positive approach.
• At least 1 year of hotel or team leading experience.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Hardworking, responsible, and a “let’s do this!” mentality.
• Ability to build, lead, and inspire motivated teams.
• Legal authorization to work in Austria.
