The Social Hub is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic F&B Host - Waiter/Waitress to join their team in San Sebastián. The Social Hub is expanding to Spain with a location in San Sebastián, a vibrant area with local bars, universities, and green spaces. The Social Hub is more that just a hotel. It is place to work, stay, learn and play.

The F&B Host will be responsible for providing excellent service to guests in all front-of-house areas, ensuring they have a memorable experience. The host should welcome guests and provide check in, provide service in restaurant and bars, and answering any questions.

What This Role Involves:

  • Providing a warm welcome to all guests.
  • Preparing and serving food and beverages.
  • Making coffee and mixing cocktails.
  • Answering guest questions about the city.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and order in all areas.
  • Assisting guests with requests and demands.

Requirements:

  • Flexible, hands-on, motivated and positive approach.
  • Background in hospitality, preferably in a hotel environment.
  • Ability to handle stressful peak periods.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • European citizenship or legal permission to work in Spain.
