TSH, known for being the rule breakers in hospitality, is seeking a Handyman to join their team at their unique hotel in Madrid. The Handyman will be responsible for maintenance and technical tasks both inside and outside the hotel, serving as the primary contact for guests and team members reporting issues.

Role Involves:

  • Being the first point of contact for maintenance issues for guests and colleagues.
  • Performing relevant reparation work in and around the hotel.
  • Conducting maintenance checks.
  • Liaising with internal and external parties regarding technical and maintenance topics.

Requirements:

  • Capable of prioritizing and coordinating tasks.
  • Enjoys connecting with guests and colleagues.
  • Reliable and able to work independently.
  • Flexible and available for help outside of office hours for emergencies.
  • Eager to learn and share experiences.
  • LBO/MBO-level of working and thinking with relevant training in maintenance/construction ('VCA-basis' certificates).
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role (hotel environment preferred).
  • Social and guest-oriented with a desire to work in an informal yet ambitious environment.
  • Good command of Spanish and at least conversational English.
  • Legally allowed to work in Spain.
