Job Description
The Student Hotel is seeking a Rooftop Head Chef to lead and oversee all Rooftop kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional culinary experiences for guests. The Head Chef will report directly to the Executive Chef.
Role Involves:
- Leading and supervising the kitchen team.
- Developing creative, seasonal menus.
- Overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations.
- Managing kitchen costs and inventory.
- Ensuring kitchen output exceeds guest expectations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef.
- Experience in Mexican cuisine.
- Proven ability to manage kitchen operations.
- Passion for sustainable menu offerings.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
