Job Description

The Student Hotel is seeking a Rooftop Head Chef to lead and oversee all Rooftop kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional culinary experiences for guests. The Head Chef will report directly to the Executive Chef.

Role Involves:

  • Leading and supervising the kitchen team.
  • Developing creative, seasonal menus.
  • Overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations.
  • Managing kitchen costs and inventory.
  • Ensuring kitchen output exceeds guest expectations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef.
  • Experience in Mexican cuisine.
  • Proven ability to manage kitchen operations.
  • Passion for sustainable menu offerings.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
