The Social Hub Barcelona is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead its outsourced housekeeping team and ensure spaces are impeccable, clean, and welcoming. The role is crucial for maintaining high standards of quality and creating seamless guest experiences.TSH is known for being the rule breakers in hospitality, a fun, creative, and inspiring environment.What this role involves:
  • Managing daily housekeeping operations, scheduling shifts, overseeing cleaning protocols, and maintaining inventory.
  • Coordinating with the Facilities team to address maintenance issues promptly.
  • Regularly inspecting rooms and public spaces.
  • Leading, training, and inspiring the housekeeping team.
  • Conducting regular team meetings, handling onboarding, and communicatingupdates.
  • Tracking and managing supply costs.
  • Continuously seeking opportunities to optimize housekeeping processes.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years’ experience in a housekeeping management role within a 250+ rooms hotel.
  • Proven experience leading housekeeping teams.
  • Experience organizing and conducting team meetings.
  • Experience with budget management.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with different departments.
  • Experience in process improvement and regular inspections.
  • Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
