Job Description

The Student Hotel is seeking a Community Host for its Toulouse location. The Community Host will operate in all front-of-house areas, ensuring each guest has the best possible experience. This role involves providing a flawless welcome and check-in, offering excellent service in the restaurant and bars, and engaging with guests to make their stay unforgettable. The Community Host knows everything about The Student Hotel's products and cross-sells them to guests, turning every visitor into a raving fan.

What this role involves:

• Ensuring a warm welcome for all guests.
• Assisting guests at self-check-in kiosks.
• Preparing and serving a variety of local dishes and drinks, including coffee and cocktails.
• Acting as a city concierge, providing recommendations for places to visit, eat, shop, or party.
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in all areas.
• Assisting guests with requests regarding facilities.

Requirements:

• Flexible, hands-on, motivated, and positive approach.
• Background in hospitality, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Ability to handle stressful peak periods.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Hard-working, responsible, and a proactive mentality.
• European citizenship or legal authorization to work in France.
