Job Description

The Student Hotel (TSH) is seeking a Community Host Receptionist Intern for their Bologna location. The intern will be the face of TSH, ensuring guests have an exceptional experience.

Role Involves:

• Providing a welcoming check-in experience.
• Engaging with guests to make their stay memorable.
• Promoting and selling TSH products.
• Operating in front-of-house areas.

Requirements:

• A flexible, hands-on, motivated and positive approach.
• Background in hospitality, preferably in a hotel.
• Ability to handle stressful periods.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Must be a European citizen or legally allowed to work in Italy.
• Currently enrolled in a University and studying a relevant bachelor’s in Hospitality, Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business
• Must be studying within the EU
