The Student Hotel (TSH) is seeking a Coworking Intern to join their team in Rome as a Community Host Intern. This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences in the front-of-house areas. The intern will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming and unforgettable stay.
The Coworking Intern role involves:
- Welcoming guests and ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assisting guests with self-check-in kiosks.
- Providing local recommendations and answering guest inquiries.
- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in all areas.
- Assisting guests with requests and facility-related needs.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- Currently enrolled in a University.
- Studying Hospitality, Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business.
- Independent and responsible.
- Flexible, hands-on, and positive.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Currently studying within the EU.
