Stylitics is seeking an Account Manager to oversee assigned client accounts, nurture relationships, and drive strategic initiatives. The Account Manager will build trust with clients, coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions, and identify opportunities for growth. This role is pivotal in ensuring clients feel valued and achieve their business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of 10-15 accounts and develop strategic account roadmaps.
- Provide guidance through data insights, market trends, and product solutions.
- Be accountable for customer success, including renewal readiness and satisfaction.
- Anticipate at-risk clients and collaborate on corrective action plans.
- Work with Sales, Client Operations, Styling, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Deliver monthly analytics reports.
- Centralize and manage client information.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Management, or related field.
- 3+ years of account or project management experience in B2B SaaS/E-commerce.
- Experience creating customer Success Plans and strategic roadmaps.
- Familiarity with retail and business analytics.
- Confident communication and collaborative skills.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and strategic thinking abilities.
