The Student Hotel is seeking a skilled and passionate Cuoco/a Capo Partita to join their dynamic team in Bologna. This role involves utilizing seasonal ingredients to produce fresh, high-quality food in a welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in various kitchens, preferably internationally, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively delegate tasks.

The Cuoco/a Capo Partita will be responsible for ensuring all resources are available for cooks to perform their duties efficiently, communicating daily specials and dietary needs, and actively participating in food preparation and cooking. They will also monitor portion control and waste, check incoming goods, and ensure HACCP guidelines and safety standards are followed.
