Night Receptionist

Job Description

The Student Hotel (TSH) in Rome is seeking a Night Receptionist to ensure every guest has the best possible experience. The Night Community Host will operate in the front of house areas, providing a warm welcome, assisting with check-in, and offering excellent service in the restaurant and bar. They will also serve as a concierge, answering guest questions and providing recommendations.

Role Involves:

• Welcoming guests and assisting with self-check-in kiosks.
• Providing local recommendations and answering guest inquiries.
• Maintaining cleanliness in all areas.
• Assisting guests with facility requests.

Requirements:

• Flexible, hands-on, motivated, and positive approach.
• Background in hospitality, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Ability to handle stressful periods.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• European citizenship or legal permission to work in Italy.
