In this role, the intern will be involved in:
- Converting leads into bookings
- Mastering sales and customer support techniques
- Answering guest questions via phone and WhatsApp
- Creating a seamless customer experience
- Maintaining clear communication with the team and potential guests
- Handling administrative tasks and change requests
- Sharing guest feedback and insights
The requirements for this role include:
- Must be a student enrolled in a university
- Studying a relevant bachelor's degree (hospitality, sales, etc.)
- Hospitality-minded with a Sales or Customer Support background
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English and additional languages are a plus (Dutch, French, etc.)
- Flexible to work during weekends
- Detail oriented
