Breakfast Chef

The Student Hotel Rotterdam is seeking a motivated full-time Breakfast Chef de Commis to join their team. The Breakfast Chef will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen, maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.

What this role involves:

• Assisting in food preparation and basic cooking.
• Ensuring accurate measurements of ingredients and portions.
• Reacting to the needs of senior chefs.
• Managing deliveries and stock rotation.
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English.
• Preferably 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Friendly and welcoming attitude towards guests and team members.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and multitask effectively.
• Flexibility, motivation, and strong organizational skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the Netherlands.
