The Regional Commercial Manager role at TSH involves owning and driving the commercial strategy for the Amsterdam locations. This role requires collaboration with local teams, Hub departments, and partners to achieve commercial success. The manager will lead a team of commercial experts, fostering a culture of commercial thinking. They will identify commercial opportunities to drive the locations forward, leveraging the power of the community and motivating partners.

What this role involves:
  • Developing strategies to maximize spend per member & guest collaborating with revenue management and local marketing
  • Creating local sales and in-house sales strategies
  • Drafting and implementing business, leisure, co-working, and education proposals and contracts
  • Driving and leading the business, education, and leisure segments and build partnerships
  • Monitoring and optimizing the allocation of products

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience as an account or sales manager in the Amsterdam market/hospitality industry
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, or Economics
  • Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce
  • Hands-on experience in partnership management and cold acquisition
  • Local network within tech/digital/start-up industry
  • Commercial and results-driven mindset
  • Exceptional English skills, and Dutch or French communication skills
  • Legally able to work in the EU
  • Ideally, has led a team before
