The Student Hotel (TSH) is seeking a Community Host for its Delft location. The Community Host will operate in front of house areas, ensuring guests have a positive experience. They will provide check-in assistance, offer service in the restaurant and bars, and engage with guests. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about TSH's products and services and able to cross-sell them to guests.
What this role involves:
- Welcoming guests.
- Assisting guests at self-check-in kiosks.
- Preparing and serving food and beverages.
- Answering guest questions about the city.
- Maintaining cleanliness in all areas.
- Assisting guests with requests regarding facilities.
Requirements:
- Flexible, hands-on, motivated, and positive approach.
- Background in hospitality, preferably in a hotel environment.
- Ability to handle responsibility and stressful peak periods.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Hard-working, responsible, and a "let’s do this!" mentality.
- European citizen or legally allowed to work in The Netherlands.
