The Student Hotel is seeking a Community Host for their The Hague location. This role is at the forefront of guest operations, ensuring each guest has the best possible experience.

The Community Host will operate in front-of-house areas, providing welcomes, check-ins, and service in the restaurant and bars. They will also engage with guests to make their stay unforgettable. The host will possess knowledge of products and services, cross-selling to guests and ensuring everyone becomes a TSH fan. The Student Hotel known for its fun, creative, and inspiring environment, offers a unique hybrid hospitality concept.

What This Role Involves:

  • Welcoming guests upon arrival.
  • Assisting guests at self-check-in kiosks.
  • Preparing and serving local dishes and drinks.
  • Answering guest questions about the city.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in all areas.
  • Assisting guests with requests regarding facilities.

Requirements:

  • Flexible, hands-on, motivated, and positive approach.
  • Background in hospitality, preferably in a hotel.
  • Ability to handle stressful periods.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch.
  • European citizen or legally allowed to work in The Netherlands.
