The Student Hotel is looking for a Community Host Intern for their Amsterdam City location. The intern will be responsible for providing excellent guest service in all front-of-house areas, ensuring guests have a memorable experience. They will handle check-ins, provide service in the restaurant and bars, and answer guest inquiries. The intern will become a raving fan of TSH instantly!
- Welcoming guests and assisting them with self-check-in.
- Preparing and serving dishes and drinks.
- Providing local information and recommendations to guests.
- Maintaining cleanliness in all areas.
- Assisting guests with requests and facility-related inquiries.
- Currently enrolled in an EU School or University
- Currently studying Hospitality, Tourism, Front Office Management or similar at an MBO level
- Enjoy receiving and taking responsibility and you can work independently
- Flexible, hands-on, motivated and positive approach
- Studying within the Netherlands
