Summer Operations Intern

Job Description

The Student Hotel (TSH) is seeking a Summer Operations Intern for its Amsterdam West location. The intern will be at the forefront of the guest-facing operation, ensuring each guest has the best possible experience. The intern will welcome guests, provide service in the restaurant and bars, and answer questions about the city.

Role Involves:

• Welcoming guests and assisting them with luggage.
• Preparing and serving food and drinks.
• Mixing cocktails and brewing coffee.
• Answering guest questions about the city.
• Maintaining cleanliness in all areas.
• Assisting guests with requests regarding facilities.

Requirements:

• Enrolled in a school or university.
• Studying Hospitality, Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business.
• Flexible, hands-on, motivated, and positive.
• Fluent in English.
• Hard working and responsible.
• Studying within the EU.
