The Student Hotel (TSH) is seeking a Community Host Intern for its Delft location. This internship offers a chance to reimagine hospitality as a superhost. The intern will operate in front-of-house areas, ensuring guests have the best possible TSH experience. They will provide welcomes, check-ins, and service in the restaurant and bars, engaging with guests to make their stay unforgettable. The intern will be knowledgeable about TSH products and services, cross-selling them to guests.
TSH is known for its fun, creative, and inspiring environment, offering student accommodation, long and short-stay options, gyms, events, and coworking spaces. TSH is located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, and Spain.
What the role involves:
- Welcoming guests
- Assisting with self-check-in kiosks
- Preparing and serving food and drinks
- Providing local recommendations
- Maintaining cleanliness
- Assisting with guest requests
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant bachelor’s program
- Enjoy taking responsibility and working independently
- Flexible, hands-on, motivated, and positive approach
- Fluent in English
- Must be studying within the EU
