Connector Intern at The Social Hub

The Social Hub is looking for a Connector Intern to make their Groningen location a hotspot for events and community engagement. The Connector Intern will be responsible for creating stories and adventures for guests.

The Social Hub is a hybrid hotel concept with student accommodation, co-working spaces, and facilities across Europe.

What This Role Involves:

• Actively connecting with the semester, co-working, hotel, and extended stay community.
• Assisting with the setup of ongoing events for the internal community.
• Serving as a key contact for events and community activations.
• Building and maintaining relationships with partners for recurring events.
• Hosting and engaging with local student ambassadors.
• Creating and delivering digital content based on marketing briefings.
• Managing local TSH social channels within brand guidelines.
• Attending and participating in local network events.

Requirements:

• Must be currently enrolled in a university, ideally within the EU.
• An outgoing and confident personality.
• A natural interest in connecting with people.
• Professional and responsible with ability to work independently.
• Super social, flexible, motivated, and humorous.
• Visionary with ideas for growing the connector strategy.
• Communicative with a great entrepreneurial spirit.
• Extremely calm under pressure and exceptionally organized.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
