The Student Hotel in Maastricht is seeking a Kitchen Porter to maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment. This role is crucial for supporting the kitchen crew and service team, ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes. The Kitchen Porter will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, assisting with equipment maintenance, and occasionally helping with food preparation.
Role Involves:
- Keeping all kitchen work areas clean.
- Cleaning all cookware and dining materials.
- Maintaining clean floors.
- Removing broken or defective cooking/dining equipment.
- Assisting with food preparation.
Requirements:
- Energetic, hard-working, and organized.
- Familiar with fast-paced environments.
- Hands-on mindset and experience in high-volume restaurants.
- Flexible over shifts with no restrictions to day of the week or time of day.
- Fluent in English and Dutch.
- Legally allowed to work in the Netherlands.
