Partnership Manager at The Social Hub

The Student Hotel is seeking a Partnership Manager for its Amsterdam City & Amsterdam West locations. This role involves building and fostering partnerships to drive commercial targets and promote the brand. The Partnership Manager will act as a connector, identifying business leads and nurturing a network of partners in business, education, and leisure.

The role involves:

• Co-creating local sales and in-house sales strategies.
• Building partnerships to cross and upsell products and properties.
• Maintaining relationships with current partners and accounts.
• Monitoring and balancing allocations within the hotels.
• Identifying business leads and local market trends.
• Creating and nurturing a network of partners.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to innovate commercial tactics.
• Delivering experiences & events for guests.
• Actively cross & upsell to increase the guest experience & revenue

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in a commercial role.
• Exceptional product knowledge.
• Excellent problem analysis and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of and a network in the local Amsterdam market/hospitality industry.
• Proactive and hands-on mentality.
• Fluency in English and Dutch.
• Legal authorization to work in the Netherlands.
