The Student Hotel is seeking a Cluster Sales Manager for the Rotterdam, Delft, and The Hague locations. This role will focus on building new partnerships and fostering existing ones to drive commercial targets and enhance the TSH community.

The Cluster Sales Manager will:

  • Co-create the local sales and in-house sales strategy.
  • Build out partnerships to cross and upsell on products and properties.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with current partners and accounts.
  • Monitor and determine the perfect balance for different allocations within the hotel.
  • Identify business leads by looking at local market trends and competitor developments.
  • Create and nurture a network of partners in business, education, and the leisure segment.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop new commercial tactics.
  • Work with team members to deliver unforgettable experiences and events.
  • Actively cross and upsell to increase the TSH guest experience and revenue.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of work experience in a commercial role.
  • Lead by example, with the TSH brand values in mind.
  • Exceptional product knowledge.
  • Excellent problem analysis skills and decision-making.
  • Good knowledge of and a network in the local market/hospitality industry in the Rotterdam region.
  • Proactive with a hands-on mentality.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch.
  • Legally allowed to work in the Netherlands.
