The Orchard is seeking a Marketing Intern in Milan to support the team with daily Retail and Digital Marketing activities. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the music industry and contribute to the success of various marketing campaigns.

What the role involves:

  • Supporting the compilation of marketing pitches to digital music services.
  • Coordinating asset management and release campaign logistics.
  • Reporting weekly playlists placements & charts.
  • Supporting updating playlist brand Radial.
  • Managing the company Instagram Account.
  • Assisting in summarizing digital advertising campaign results.
  • Managing YouTube Channels and using SEO practices to optimize videos.
  • Monitoring Social Trends.
  • Attending meetings, events and conferences as The Orchard representative.

Who should apply:

  • Understanding of the local music industry and digital landscape.
  • Good knowledge of the digital space, including social media.
  • Advanced organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize to deadline.
  • Analytical and Detail-Oriented.
  • Good Excel knowledge, including formulas, creation of charts and data presentation, is required.
  • Proactive and Eager to Learn.
  • Creative and Social Media Savvy.
  • Proficiency in Canva is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English.
  • Passionate about artists and their music.
