Job Description

Constant Contact is seeking a Sales Consultant to join their team in Waltham, MA. In this hybrid role, the Sales Consultant will report to the Waltham, MA office 3 days a week. The first week of training will be fully in-person at the Waltham, MA office. The Sales Consultant will convert warm leads into loyal customers by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, and advising small businesses on Constant Contact's online marketing practices. They will also close new business on a daily basis and inspire small business owners to grow their businesses with Constant Contact's Digital Marketing Solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Convert warm leads into paying customers through a high volume of outbound calls
  • Close new business on a daily basis
  • Inspire Small Business Owners all over the country to grow their businesses with our continually evolving suite of Digital Marketing Solutions
  • Conduct needs analysis to determine how to best help prospects based on their needs and marketing challenges
Requirements:

  • 1+ years of relevant and successful sales experience
  • Driven to meet and exceed sales objectives
  • Motivated by a fast sales cycle
  • Able to overcome objections
  • Strong passion for helping small businesses succeed
  • Exceptional and persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written
