Constant Contact is seeking an Account Executive to promote the value of its Indirect Partner Program. This role involves managing the full business cycle, from small businesses to enterprise clients. The Account Executive will educate potential clients, guide them through understanding how Constant Contact's Commercial Program can benefit their business, and nurture relationships with potential buyers.Responsibilities include:
- Engaging with prospects to close new business.
- Conducting in-depth discovery to identify pain points and recommend solutions.
- Delivering tailored product demonstrations focused on value.
- Managing the sales process and guiding prospects to become customers.
- Maintaining a strong understanding of the Indirect Partner platform and competition.
- Collaborating with marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience.
- Excellent communication and closing skills.
- Comfort interacting with C-Level management.
- Understanding of inbound marketing techniques.
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
- Tech-savvy.
