Job Description
The company is seeking an Operations Manager for its casino in Knokke-Heist. The Operations Manager Gaming will be the driving force behind the daily operations on the gaming floor. He will ensure that guests have a safe, fair and exciting gaming experience, while leading a team of enthusiastic employees. He will have a key role within the company and is part of the management team. He will have a prominent position and is present daily in the casino, where he will approach operational challenges with a fresh and solution-oriented approach with his energy and hands-on mentality. He will manage the teams and ensure that everything runs smoothly, so that guests have an unforgettable experience.

Role involves:
  • Managing and coordinating the daily operations of the casino.
  • Leading and coordinating the operational Gaming teams.
  • Ensuring efficient collaboration between different departments.
  • Improving casino performance and increasing profitability.
  • Ensuring that all casino operations comply with all regulations.
  • Improving the overall customer experience.
  • Handling customer complaints and problems efficiently and professionally.
  • Ensuring continuous improvement within operations.
  • Contributing ideas to the marketing calendar and promotions.

Requirements:
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, business management, hotel management or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operational management or a similar management role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Strong customer focus and communication skills.
  • Financial insight and experience with budget management.
  • Result-oriented with a proactive attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking skills.
  • Availability during the busiest periods, especially in the evenings and weekends.
