What the role involves:

  • Platform & Payment Process Optimization – Support payment integrations, track provider agreements, and assist in improving customer payment flows.
  • Regulatory & Compliance Support – Help ensure compliance with Belgian Gaming Commission (BGC) regulations, track regulatory requests, and align operations with legal requirements.
  • Risk & Fraud Prevention – Analyse fraud patterns, assist in automating fraud detection, and collaborate on risk assessment strategies.
  • Technical Collaboration & Automation – Work with Product and Tech teams to translate business needs into technical requirements, support process automation, and improve operational workflows.
  • Escalation & Issue Resolution – Assist in tracking and resolving operational escalations related to platform and payment issues.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge or experience in platform operations, payment processes, fraud prevention, and compliance.
  • Technical skills – ability to understand system integrations, automation, and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch & English (French is a plus).
  • Ability to work across teams in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
