The company is seeking an Operations Trainee to support key business functions, with a focus on payment processes, regulatory compliance, and fraud prevention within the iGaming industry. This role requires a strong technical mindset, as the trainee will work closely with Product and Tech teams to support platform improvements, automation, and system integrations.
What the role involves:
- Platform & Payment Process Optimization – Support payment integrations, track provider agreements, and assist in improving customer payment flows.
- Regulatory & Compliance Support – Help ensure compliance with Belgian Gaming Commission (BGC) regulations, track regulatory requests, and align operations with legal requirements.
- Risk & Fraud Prevention – Analyse fraud patterns, assist in automating fraud detection, and collaborate on risk assessment strategies.
- Technical Collaboration & Automation – Work with Product and Tech teams to translate business needs into technical requirements, support process automation, and improve operational workflows.
- Escalation & Issue Resolution – Assist in tracking and resolving operational escalations related to platform and payment issues.
Requirements:
- Knowledge or experience in platform operations, payment processes, fraud prevention, and compliance.
- Technical skills – ability to understand system integrations, automation, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch & English (French is a plus).
- Ability to work across teams in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
