Operations Coordinator

Job Description

Nightfall AI is seeking an Operations Coordinator to provide operational support and coordination across various programs. The Operations Coordinator will work closely with the founders, assisting with operational execution and ad hoc projects. This role requires someone located in the San Francisco Bay Area, capable of working from the office three days a week.

• Providing administrative and strategic support to the founders
• Project managing company-wide initiatives
• Owning full-cycle recruiting
• Collaborating across teams to improve internal processes

Requirements:

• 1+ years of program coordination, project management, or operations experience
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Adaptability and flexibility
• Detail oriented and experience managing complex projects
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfort with ambiguity
• Experience in a startup, consulting, or similar environment
