Psychotherapist: Diagnostic Evaluator - Hybrid King of Prussia, PA

Job Description

Blackbird Health is seeking a Psychotherapist to serve as a Diagnostic Evaluator in a hybrid role based in King of Prussia, PA. The role involves conducting neurodevelopmental diagnostic evaluations, analyzing data, and writing evaluation reports. The Psychotherapist will provide feedback to clients, communicate with team members, and participate in team meetings. Blackbird Health is dedicated to transforming pediatric mental health assessment and treatment, offering both virtual and in-person services across Pennsylvania and Virginia, with plans for further expansion.Responsibilities:

• Conduct neurodevelopmental diagnostic evaluations (e.g., autism spectrum evals).
• Analyze and interpret data, and write evaluation reports.
• Provide feedback to clients after evaluations.
• Communicate with team members during the evaluation process.
• Complete documentation for evaluations within 24 hours of services.
• Manage schedule, including scheduling assessments and feedback appointments.
• Report weekly productivity.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in a related field of psychology.
• Active valid license as a LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of employment.
• At least 1 year of experience providing clinical diagnosis evaluations.
• Trained and certified to administer the ADOS 2 assessment (preferred).
• Consistently reliable internet access for telehealth provisions.
• Ability to work up to 3 days a week from the King of Prussia, PA clinic.
