Child and Adolescent Therapist - Contract - Remote

Blackbird Clinical Services seeks a contract, independently licensed mental health therapist for a remote role in Pennsylvania and/or Virginia. The therapist will provide high-quality direct care to children, adolescents, and their families via telehealth. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with youth, skilled in virtual care, and driven by patient outcomes. Role involves:

• Leading individual telehealth therapy sessions for youth ages 2-26
• Participating in consultations to enhance clinical skills
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals and families
• Maintaining thorough patient records
• Committing to a minimum of 5 hours per week during core hours

Requirements:

• Independently licensed as a LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PsyD in Pennsylvania and/or Virginia
• One year of experience working with children and adolescent patients
• One year of experience in a telehealth setting
• Own phone, computer, and high-speed internet
• Commitment to a minimum of 5 hours per week during core hours
