Job Description

Workleap is seeking a strategic SEO Specialist to drive organic growth through innovation and automation. The SEO Specialist will be at the forefront of integrating automated and AI-powered workflows into Workleap's SEO strategy, using data-driven analysis to optimize and scale efforts efficiently. The role involves aligning SEO initiatives with business objectives, ensuring SEO is a key driver of pipeline growth and revenue.

Role Involves:

• Growing and managing SEO across multiple brands.
• Developing and executing scalable, AI-powered SEO strategies.
• Leading end-to-end SEO projects, managing timelines and resources.
• Monitoring organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.
• Integrating AI into SEO workflows, automating content creation and performance tracking.
• Collaborating with engineers on scalable automation solutions.
• Analyzing LLMs and generative AI to ensure competitiveness.
• Leading content scalability efforts, optimizing content using AI insights.
• Collaborating with Content and SEO teams to deploy high-quality SEO-optimized content.
• Conducting SEO audits and site optimizations.
• Collaborating with Paid Search, Growth, and Brand teams.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in SEO and driving revenue growth in the B2B SaaS sector.
• Strategic and AI-oriented mindset with a deep understanding of AI's role in search.
• Expertise in content optimization, internal linking, technical SEO, and programmatic SEO.
• Solid understanding of site architecture, URL structures, sitemaps, and localization best practices.
• Experience collaborating with engineers on AI-driven initiatives and implementing automation at scale.
• Strong analytical skills and an experimentation mindset.
• Ability to link SEO efforts to user intent, engagement, conversions, and business impact.
• Experience in managing SEO vendors, freelancers, and budgets.
• Effective communication skills to articulate SEO strategy in technical and business terms.
