Early Childhood Clinician - Hybrid Langhorne, PA

Job Description

Blackbird Health is seeking an Early Childhood Clinician to provide mental health services to preschool-aged children (2-5 years) in a hybrid role based in Langhorne, PA. The clinician will be responsible for screenings, assessments, treatment planning, and individual and family therapy. They will collaborate with the treatment team and community-based preschool education providers. Role involves:

• Providing screenings, assessments, treatment planning, and individual and family therapy to preschool-aged children (2-5 years).
• Participating in weekly department and team meetings.
• Completing documentation for services within 24 hours of services.
• Managing schedule and reporting weekly productivity.
• Collaborating with community-based preschool education providers.
• Utilizing appropriate evidence-based practices (PCIT and CPP).

Requirements:

• Flexibility to work a minimum of 15 hours per week during after-school hours.
• Active licensure in Pennsylvania as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• At least one year of experience providing mental health services to children under the age of 6.
