Inizio is seeking a Director of Global Total Rewards to support the execution of the company's Total Rewards strategy. Reporting to the Global Head of Total Rewards, the candidate will ensure the implementation of compensation, benefits, and rewards programs within a complex, international organization. They will guide operational excellence, compliance, and alignment with business objectives, while managing stakeholders and ensuring a consistent rewards structure.
Role involves:
- Implementing and managing a global wellbeing program.
- Managing the global approach to reward and recognition, including platform implementation.
- Ensuring consistent execution of compensation structures and market benchmarking.
- Delivering the annual reward cycle, including salary reviews and bonuses.
- Leading projects related to EU Pay Transparency and Gender Pay Gap.
- Preparing Remuneration Committee papers.
- Supporting the harmonization of compensation and benefits across Inizio.
- Ensuring data accuracy for due diligence and M&A activities.
- Supporting the Global Head of Total Rewards with team management.
- Building relationships with teams to ensure smooth execution of programs.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in managing compensation programs in a global organization.
- Expertise in global compensation, benefits, and rewards in US, UK, and Ireland markets.
- Proven ability to deliver reward strategies and manage pay structures.
- Project management skills in implementing compensation cycles.
- Change management skills with strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and influence decision-making.
- Experience with global job architecture and compensation analytics.
