Point72 is seeking a PM Administrative Assistant to support portfolio managers and research analysts. This is a six-month fixed term position with the possibility of converting to full-time based on performance. The PM Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in handling essential administrative tasks for investment professionals.

Role Involves:
  • Providing administrative support to portfolio managers and research analysts.
  • Arranging events and meetings with external parties.
  • Supporting investment teams to improve workload efficiency.
  • Managing calendars, conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Creating and processing expense reports.
  • Managing phone coverage and setting up conference calls.
  • Performing personal assistant functions as needed.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and optimizing team workflow.
  • Maintaining relationships with brokers for corporate access requests.
  • Adhering to internal policies and compliance approvals.
  • Handling ad hoc projects.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
  • Proactive workflow management and strong communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
