Point72 is seeking a PM Administrative Assistant to support portfolio managers and research analysts. This is a six-month fixed term position with the possibility of converting to full-time based on performance. The PM Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in handling essential administrative tasks for investment professionals.
Role Involves:
Providing administrative support to portfolio managers and research analysts.
Arranging events and meetings with external parties.
Supporting investment teams to improve workload efficiency.
Managing calendars, conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements.
Creating and processing expense reports.
Managing phone coverage and setting up conference calls.
Performing personal assistant functions as needed.
Identifying areas for improvement and optimizing team workflow.
Maintaining relationships with brokers for corporate access requests.
Adhering to internal policies and compliance approvals.
Handling ad hoc projects.
Requirements:
3+ years of relevant experience.
Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
Proactive workflow management and strong communication skills.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and autonomously.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
