Point72 is seeking a PM Administrative Assistant to support portfolio managers and research analysts. This is a six-month fixed term position with the possibility of converting to full-time based on performance. The PM Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in handling essential administrative tasks for investment professionals.
Role Involves:
- Providing administrative support to portfolio managers and research analysts.
- Arranging events and meetings with external parties.
- Supporting investment teams to improve workload efficiency.
- Managing calendars, conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
- Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Creating and processing expense reports.
- Managing phone coverage and setting up conference calls.
- Performing personal assistant functions as needed.
- Identifying areas for improvement and optimizing team workflow.
- Maintaining relationships with brokers for corporate access requests.
- Adhering to internal policies and compliance approvals.
- Handling ad hoc projects.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
- Proactive workflow management and strong communication skills.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
