Fictiv, a technology company transforming the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Associate TPM I to support and improve critical manufacturing functions. The Associate TPM will work with manufacturing partners to meet builder expectations, schedule work orders, address manufacturer questions, provide production status, and mitigate project risks.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading cross-functional teams and manufacturing partners for project success.
- Developing project plans.
- Ensuring programs deliver on time, quality, and budget.
- Bridging global cooperation with global and multifunctional teams.
- Leading risk evaluation and mitigation.
- Ensuring post-sale change requests are evaluated and implemented.
- Coordinating and driving technical solutions.
- Monitoring and reporting program progress.
- Identifying and driving improvements to platform, procedures, and processes.
Requirements:
- College degree in Mechanical Engineering, metal processing, Tooling Design & Manufacture, or related field.
- Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of experience in CNC machining, plastic tooling, or OEM/CM for hardware manufacturing.
- Understanding of 2D/3D drawings and basic Tolerance/GD&T symbols.
- Good sense of urgency and ability to manage delivery schedules.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Basic understanding of problem-solving skills (e.g., PDCA).
- Team-oriented, results-oriented, detail-oriented, data-driven, and agile.
- Self-starter with efficient time management skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
