Technical Program Manager at Fictiv

Fictiv is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join their team in Guangzhou, China. The Technical Program Manager will be responsible for leading the cross-functional team and the manufacturing partner for the success of projects, ensuring programs deliver on time, on quality, and within budget. He/She will totally own the overall project responsibility.Responsibilities include:

• Developing project plans that merge customer requirements with Fictiv goals.
• Driving and controlling program progress and resource availability.
• Leading the team and manufacturing partner to make recovery plans.
• Bridging global cooperation with global and multifunctional teams.
• Leading program risk evaluation and mitigation.
• Ensuring post-sale change requests are appropriately implemented.
• Coordinating and driving technical solutions for problems.
• Monitoring program progress and reporting on measurable items.
• Identifying areas of improvement in platform/procedure/process.

Requirements include:

• College degree in Mechanical Engineering, metal processing, or related field.
• 5+ years' experience in CNC machining, plastic tooling industry, or OEM/CM for hardware manufacturing.
• Good understanding of 2D/3D drawings and basic Tolerance/GD&T symbols.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with tools like 8D/5W.
• Good understanding of quality management, sourcing, and logistics management.
