THE ICONIC is seeking an End User Computing Engineer to join their Tech Team in Sydney. The role involves working in an agile environment, supporting the company's e-commerce platforms. Responsibilities:
- Deploy, configure, and maintain endpoint devices.
- Manage device lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and OS issues.
- Package, test, and distribute applications.
- Deploy and manage software updates.
- Apply security patches.
- Maintain patch management processes.
- Provide technical guidance and support.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding.
- Provide Frontline IT and Audio visual support across multiple sites.
- Maintain wiki’s and documentation.
- Manage and troubleshoot hard disk encryption (Bitlocker).
- Provide IT Service Desk and application support.
Requirements:
- Over 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- 2+ years experience with an Endpoint Management Platform.
- 2+ years patch Management experience.
- 2+ years scripting experience.
- 2+ years experience working with a Service Desk Ticketing System.
- 2+ years working with Windows and Apple products.
- Initiative and enthusiasm.
