THE ICONIC is seeking an End User Computing Engineer to join their Tech Team in Sydney. The role involves working in an agile environment, supporting the company's e-commerce platforms. Responsibilities:

  • Deploy, configure, and maintain endpoint devices.
  • Manage device lifecycle.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and OS issues.
  • Package, test, and distribute applications.
  • Deploy and manage software updates.
  • Apply security patches.
  • Maintain patch management processes.
  • Provide technical guidance and support.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding.
  • Provide Frontline IT and Audio visual support across multiple sites.
  • Maintain wiki’s and documentation.
  • Manage and troubleshoot hard disk encryption (Bitlocker).
  • Provide IT Service Desk and application support.

Requirements:

  • Over 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • 2+ years experience with an Endpoint Management Platform.
  • 2+ years patch Management experience.
  • 2+ years scripting experience.
  • 2+ years experience working with a Service Desk Ticketing System.
  • 2+ years working with Windows and Apple products.
  • Initiative and enthusiasm.
