Implementation Specialist at Metapack Careers

Auctane is seeking an Implementation Specialist to manage the implementation of key customer requirements. This role involves coordinating with internal and external parties for new business accounts.

The Implementation Specialist will implement solutions in clients' systems.

Responsibilities:

• Verify trial implementations.
• Build test scenarios.
• Implement changes on production systems.
• Communicate with couriers and eCommerce sellers.
• Conduct workshops and training.

Requirements:

• Studying IT-related subjects.
• Keen interest in IT and new software/tools.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Time management skills.
• Experience working with clients.
• Ability to identify and respond to client needs.
• Open to occasional business trips.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
