Job Description

Appinio, a global market research company, is seeking a Senior Client Relations Manager (FMCG) to join their team in Hamburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing relationships with companies in the FMCG sector, showcasing Appinio's capabilities, and developing mutually beneficial commercial frameworks.

The Senior Client Relations Manager will drive growth by developing and owning the growth strategy for FMCG categories, acquiring new customers, and coaching them on market research solutions. They will also represent Appinio at trade fairs and speaking events, create strategic partnerships, and act as the voice of the customers.

What this role involves:

• Driving growth for FMCG categories
• Building relationships with marketing and insights leaders
• Representing Appinio at trade fairs and speaking events
• Creating strategic partnerships
• Understanding the market and addressing customer needs
• Collaborating with Customer Success and Marketing teams

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant commercial sales experience
• Experience in B2B sales, in the market research or FMCG industry
• Experience leveraging data and a consultative approach with clients
• Excellent proficiency in German and communication skills in English
• Proficiency in working with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Hubspot
• Empathetic nature with a keen sense for understanding the needs of others
• Entrepreneurial mindset
