Blackbird Health is seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join their team in Exton, PA. The therapist will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to young patients and their families. This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of children and adolescents by providing evidence-based psychotherapy services and contributing to integrated treatment plans.Blackbird Health is committed to transforming pediatric mental health by offering comprehensive evaluations, medication management, and therapy services. They operate in Pennsylvania and Virginia, with plans to expand to new markets in 2025.Responsibilities include:

• Providing evidence-based psychotherapy services to children and adolescents.
• Conducting biopsychosocial/diagnostic assessments for new clients.
• Establishing positive, trusting relationships with patients.
• Collaborating with other specialty providers to develop Integrated Treatment Plans.
• Conducting ongoing assessments of patient progress and maintaining thorough records.
• Involving and advising family members or outside specialists when appropriate.

Requirements:

• Active licensure in Pennsylvania as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• Flexibility to work a minimum of 15 hours per week during after-school hours (after 4pm ET during the week or any time on weekends).
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to children and/or adolescents is desired.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
• Openness to professional and clinical feedback.
