Tomofun is seeking an HR Assistant Manager or HR Manager to implement and manage performance management and compensation & benefits (C&B) programs globally, covering Taiwan and international offices. The ideal candidate will collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to analyze program results, derive insights, and develop strategies to enhance the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
- Implementing comprehensive performance management processes.
- Optimizing performance management programs.
- Analyzing performance data and identifying trends.
- Providing guidance and resources for managers.
- Leading the implementation and administration of competitive C&B programs.
- Conducting benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitive compensation.
- Reviewing and adjusting benefits to stay competitive.
- Ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.
- Acting as a strategic partner to HRBPs.
- Leading initiatives to enhance data-driven decision-making.
- 5+ years in human resources.
- Experience in performance management and C&B.
- Experience in the software tech industry is a plus.
- Experience implementing and managing programs globally is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration/Management, Psychology or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficient with data analysis tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Business-level proficiency in English.
- In-depth knowledge of local labor laws in Taiwan.
