Tomofun is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to support their R&D Engineering departments. The HR Business Partner will be the point of contact for HR-related matters, offering advice on HR strategies including recruitment, talent & workforce management, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, and development.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to R&D managers and leaders, providing customized HR support.
- Collaborate with functional HR team members to deliver tailored HR solutions.
- Partner with HR and hiring managers to attract and retain top talent.
- Drive talent management initiatives, including workforce planning and development programs.
- Support the performance management cycle, offering insights into talent dynamics.
- Ensure compensation strategies align with goals, trends, and talent retention.
- Guide managers on C&B policies and processes.
- Provide insights into employee compensation and benefits feedback.
- Design and execute training and development strategies.
- Track and analyze HR metrics to assess initiative effectiveness.
- Handle daily HR administrative requests.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration/Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources.
- 3+ years in a business partnering or full-function HR role in the software tech industry.
- Familiarity with talent management, workforce planning, employee engagement, and C&B.
- Data-driven and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Good understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
