Therapist - LCSW, LPC or LMFT - Remote

Blackbird Health is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join their team. This is a fully remote position where the therapist will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to young patients and their families. The therapist will provide evidence-based psychotherapy services, evaluate new clients, establish positive relationships with patients, and collaborate with other specialists to establish integrated treatment plans. They will also conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress and maintain thorough records.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing evidence-based psychotherapy services
• Evaluating new clients through biopsychosocial/diagnostic assessments
• Establishing positive, trusting rapport with patients
• Collaborating with other specialty providers
• Conducting ongoing assessments of patient progress

Requirements:

• Active licensure in Pennsylvania as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Flexibility to work a minimum of 15 hours per week during after-school hours (after 4pm ET) or weekends
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to children and/or adolescents is desired
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
