Psychotherapist: Diagnostic Evaluator - Hybrid Vienna, VA

Job Description

Blackbird Health is seeking a Psychotherapist to serve as a Diagnostic Evaluator in a hybrid role based in Vienna, VA. The Diagnostic Evaluator will conduct diagnostic evaluations, develop diagnostic reports, and provide diagnostic feedback to individuals and/or their caregivers. • Conducting neurodevelopmental diagnostic evaluations (e.g., autism spectrum evals like ADOS 2, ASRS, CARS).
• Analyzing and interpreting data and writing evaluation reports.
• Providing feedback to clients after evaluations.
• Communicating with team members during the evaluation process.
• Providing written requests for outside services.
• Participating in weekly department and team meetings.
• Completing documentation for evaluations within 24 hours of services.
• Managing schedule, including scheduling assessments and feedback appointments.
• Reporting weekly productivity.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in a related field of psychology.
• Active valid license as a LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of employment.
• At least 1 year of experience providing clinical diagnosis evaluations.
• Trained and certified to administer the ADOS 2 assessment preferred.
• Consistently reliable internet access for telehealth provisions.
• Ability to work up to 3 days a week from the Vienna, VA clinic.
